Your Appointment
Perfect Brow Design is a Boutique Salon and operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not available, ensuring each client receives the time and attention they deserve.
When you contact us digitally, it is understood as consent to communicate via SMS or email regarding appointment reminders (sent via group text with other recipients’ contact information hidden), consent forms, or emoji charts. While we take every measure to uphold your privacy, technical issues may occasionally occur. If you believe your privacy has been compromised or your contact details have changed, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Appointments run on a carefully scheduled timeline. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
Accessibility
The salon is accessed via private stairs. If you require assistance, please advise when booking your appointment so we can provide directions for assisted access.
If you need help getting on or off the treatment bed, you are welcome to bring a support person.

Booking Fees and Payments
Perfect Brow Design does not offer Afterpay.
A \$100–\$200 deposit is required for all Cosmetic or Paramedical Tattooing Services, and a \$50–\$100 deposit is required for Beauty Services over 30 minutes. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of your booking request, with confirmation via digital receipt (text or email). If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will not be held.
Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day.
Appointments may book out well in advance, so booking early is recommended. Your patience is genuinely appreciated.
Some Tattooing Services may require a blood test prior to booking. Perfect Brow Design reserves the right to decline a booking based on safety considerations.
Please review the FAQ section for your chosen treatment on our website prior to attending. If contraindications are identified at your appointment, or if pre-treatment instructions were not followed, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule if appropriate.
Rescheduling, Cancellations and No Shows
You may reschedule up to five business days prior to your Cosmetic Tattooing appointment, and two business days for Beauty Services. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and are not included as days of notice.
Please note that deposits remain non-refundable for ‘any’ reason, including in cases where a mutually suitable new time cannot be arranged. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Covid cancellations and difficult personal circumstances are not exempt to this policy either. Covid is a risk when paying the deposit and in the event of becoming ill and unable to attend, the deposit will be absorbed. Covid has cost small business so much loss it can not be floated further.
Failure to reschedule within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If the same appointment is rescheduled more than three times, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full treatment fee will apply at your next appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows can incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment value. This is on top of absorbing the full deposit in all circumstances to compensate for lost income on the day. This decision of only absorbing the deposit and not charging further is at Perfect Brow Design discretion. To re book all requested fees must be paid.
Please arrive at your scheduled time for Beauty Services, or 20 minutes early for Cosmetic Tattooing or Dermapen 4 treatments to complete paperwork. If lateness prevents the full Service from being completed, the full fee will still be charged.
Guests and Child Safety
If you need to bring a support person to your appointment, please let us know when booking.
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at appointments involving skin penetration. This is in line with legislation and ensures a safe environment for all.
Results
Results from Cosmetic or Paramedical Tattooing vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed, as each individual heals differently.
Change of Mind
Refunds or price adjustments are not available for change of mind or changes in circumstances.
By paying a booking deposit, you are committing to your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given if the treatment has not yet started, has started, or has been completed.
Clients requesting an earlier or later appointment time will be placed on a priority list. If a suitable time becomes available, we will let you know. However, the deposit remains non-refundable if the request cannot be met.
We kindly ask for your understanding and respect regarding these policies.
Specials and Offers
Specials are only valid for the dates specified and are subject to change without notice.
Appointments booked before a special is announced cannot be changed to fall within the promotional period. If an appointment is rescheduled and it happens to fall during a special offer, the offer still does not apply.
Inclusivity
All clients are welcome at Perfect Brow Design. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Any breach of this will result in the immediate end of the treatment, and the full Service fee will be charged.
Right to Refuse Service
As a private business, Perfect Brow Design reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all clients and owner/technician.
