Perfect Brow Design is a Boutique Salon and is by appointment only – no walk-ins.
Communication via digital contact is a consent by you and your clinician as means of contact for appointment reminders (via group text that have other recipients’ contact information hidden from all group members), consent forms (via email) and or emoji charts (via text). At Perfect Brow Design we aim to uphold your privacy, but technical glitches can occur and we will make all necessary changes and actions to rectify this. Please get in contact with us via private communication if you feel that we have breached this or your details have changed.
All appointments run on a strict schedule. Please be in contact with us as soon as you know if you will be late.
There is a private entrance to the salon via stairs, but if you require assistance please let this be known when booking your appointment and directions to assisted access can be given.
If you require assistance to get up and down off the treatment bed please bring a support person.

Booking fees and money
Perfect Brow Design has no afterpay services available.
All Cosmetic/ Paramedical Tattooing requires a $100-200 booking deposit and Beauty appointments over 60 minutes require a booking deposit of $100 to secure your time slot. This must be paid by end of day on the day of booking, if no deposit has been made with a digital receipt sent via text or email your time slot will not be held. Booking fees are NON refundable under any circumstance.
The booking deposit comes off the total price of treatment.
Some treatments may require a blood test prior to treatment and a Perfect Brow Design we reserve the right to this request for the safety of your clinician.
Please be sure to read through all of the FAQ section of your desired treatment on this website so that you are informed of your treatment. If on arrival of your appointment or since confirming your booking with a deposit and it is deemed that you can not receive the treatment due to any or new contraindications or not following preparation instructions, you will forfeit your deposit and a new booking with a new deposit fee will be required if a new appointment can be made in appropriate circumstances.
Rescheduling, Canceling and No Shows
You may reschedule up to five (5) business days prior for tattooing services and (2) days for beauty services however there is NO refund on the deposit if the time change request cant be met by the technician nor the client. The time change request and fulfillment is based on Perfect Brow Design’s current availability. Business hours are Tuesday – Fri. Failing to reschedule within this timeframe will forfeit your booking deposit requiring a NEW deposit to secure a NEW time slot. If the same appointment has been rescheduled three times, your booking fee will be forfeited and your treatment will incur its full cost on the day of your appointment.
No-shows will be invoiced for 50% of the treatment value. Failing to pay this you will not be able to book any treatment at Perfect Brow Design in future.
If you show up late to your appointment your clinician may not have time to complete your booking. At Perfect Brow Design we are perfectionists, do not rush any appointments or run late for the next client. Please arrive at your appointment time for beauty or 20 minutes before your Tattooing/Dermapen4TM appointment to complete paperwork. If you are late and part of the treatment can not be completed the full fee of booking will still be charged, this is the case for all appointments, beauty and tattooing.
If you need to bring a support person please let this be known when booking your appointment. Under no circumstances can a child under the age of 18 years be permitted to any appointment involving skin penetration. This is the law and legislation and also for the child, the client and the clinicians safety.
Healed results for Cosmetic/Paramedical tattooing are not guaranteed as the human body is fallible.
Change of mind
No price adjustments or refunds will be given for a change of mind or change of circumstance for Tattooing and Beauty Services as an entire entity. By paying the booking deposit you are committing to your appointment and procedure. No refunds are offered for change of mind where a service is deemed to have been yet to be started, has started or has been completed for any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the client when booking and agreeing to a time slot to book a time that the appointment is suitable any requests to change a booking time sooner or after the agreed time is subject to availability. At Perfect Brow Design if you request an earlier appointment and there is no availability you will be automatically put on a priority list and if an appropriate appointment becomes available you will be notified. If an appointment has not been able to be bought earlier or later at the clients request there is still no refund of the deposit. Any dismissal of this policy and harassment of this policy will not be corresponded to.
Specials and offers
Specials are for a limited time and only apply for the dates mentioned and are subject to change at any time without notice. Any treatment that has been booked before specials are announced cannot be moved into the selected date range to apply special. If you need to move your appointment and it falls in these dates ranges the special will not apply.
All clients are respected and welcomed; we do not discriminate any background, race, nor ability. Any breach of this and your treatment will be immediately stopped and the full price will occur.
Right to refuse service
As a private business Perfect Brow Design reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
